Physical Examinations

ALL STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS MUST HAVE A WIAA ATHLETIC PERMIT CARD ON FILE AT THEIR SCHOOL PRIOR TO PRACTICE OR PARTICIPATION

Physical examinations taken April 1 and thereafter are valid for the following two school years; physical examinations taken before April 1 are valid only for the reaminder of that school year and the following school year.

Activity Fees

All payments for activities and athletics can be paid through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Cash or Check Payments can also be collected in the main office of the Middle School or High School.  For directions on how to pay in Infinite Campus, click HERE.
